We’ll chat through your skills and aspirations over a video call, I’ll understand the roles you are applying for, and based on this I will give you directed tips and advice on how to craft a compelling CV that captures your unique skills and experiences and aligns seamlessly with industry trends and employer expectations. I’ll talk you through the complexities of the job market, what has changed in recent years, what to be aware of, and all the various channels you should be utilising (and there’s lots of them!). This advice will be personalised specifically to your level of experience and circumstances.

This is a video call opportunity to discuss any aspect of your working career. Who is Jonny Breeze?

I am experienced recruiter, career coach and dedicated business leader with a passion for helping individuals elevate their professional profile and maximise their career potential.

I started out gaining valuable experience in events, marketing, television and other medias, then moving onto recruitment within the creative industries. It was during this time that I discovered my true calling, and in 2005 I set up my own creative recruitment company.

The company grew quickly and I took on clients including ITV, VCCP, BBC, Vice, PlayStation, 20th Century Fox, Alexander McQueen, Amazon, Disney, Cain&Abel and EE.

From that I quickly established a robust creative network that spanned across both client and agency-side in advertising, production, design and video and I have had the privilege of working with some of the leading clients in the industry.
